I personally think TEE has its own applications for different trust requirements, who are willing to run the services inside centralized trusted parties like @awscloud @googlecloud.
This paper is primary though, is to discuss the design paradigm of running trusted computation off-chain while stay in sync with blockchain, using solutions like TEE, but also eventually zkVMs, @eigenlayer and other trusted setups to run off-chain, but verifiable.
